Hestons mission impossible!

Did anyone see this program on tuesday?? If not basically Heston blumenthal was trying to help the people at alderhay childrens hospital to create a better menu for the kids. The main focus for the chefs was the staff and customers of the restaurant and not the sick children!!! WTF! I cannot understand how this is even a problem in the first place, surely it goes without saying that the health of these children take precedence over that of other healthy people!! This really does show the state of the country when we care more about the people paying money then the defensless young people that need our help
