			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>I am not sure how many people are aware, but there seems to be some underage smoking going on not potentially helped by a couple of shops in Haverhill not running ID checks, if you do see something suspicious like someone is underage please speak with local trading standards they are there to enforce it.</p><p>I know Tesco is tight it&#039;s just elsewhere.</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>I don&#039;t know why it&#039;s not getting well used, the Sun Flower Cafe, I believe Open, Tuesday to Friday in the Burton Centre does extremely reasonably priced snack lunches (Area next to the library) and that is operated by a group of disabled adults, and I for one should try and support them more, but I just thought I should get a word out for them, they need support.</p>]]></summary>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Riffed 2011 Sat 26th March @ Haverhill Arts Centre 7:15pm]]></title>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It&#039;s time for the smaller scale/reworked Haverhill Band Comp.</p><p>Originally called &quot;Haverhill Rock Competition&quot; this years &quot;Riffed&quot; is back in a new format consisting only of a one night Battle of the bands!</p><p>One reason for the change of name rumoured is because in previous years bands have been entering the competition that didn&#039;t quite or didn&#039;t fill the &quot;Rock&quot; criteriar at all.<br />In my opinion it was abit confussing because there are so many different sub genres of rock, therefor over the years there&#039;s been many styles of rock seen in the competition from Hard to soft (no pun intended) and classic to Metal.</p><p>Now with a change of name and structure it will be interesting to see what happens.</p><p>This year there are 5 bands competing in the one night battle<br />The bands are:</p><p> - Federal Black 40<br /> - Eva&#039;s Dream<br /> - Keep em&#039; Keen<br /> - Spitfire John<br /> - Lou Roll and the Turds</p><p>Doors open at: 19:15 <br />First band at 19:45</p><p>Tickets are £5<br />Avaliable from the Haverhill Arts Centre boxoffice:<br />Tel: 01440 714140</p><p>or Buy online at:<br /><a href="http://www.haverhillartscentre.co.uk" rel="nofollow">http://www.haverhillartscentre.co.uk</a></p><p>Find attached the poster for this years event. Video directed by Mark A Allard, a music video director who is also local to Haverhill. This video was shot in late February in a local Graffitti&#039;d location and was the first (known of) entirely Haverhill based and produced professional music video to be released in full 1080HD at the time of release. </p><p>The video received it&#039;s official release on the 26th of March 2011 with some very big and well-established publicity behind it. This press attention included an article about the music video in Cineworld&#039;s Unlimited magazine, a magazine which is released and distributed for free at all 78 Cineworld cinemas nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales.
