Did anyone see this program on tuesday?? If not basically Heston blumenthal was trying to help the people at alderhay childrens hospital to create a better menu for the kids. The main focus for the chefs was the staff and customers of the restaurant and not the sick children!!! WTF! I cannot understand how this is even a problem in the first place, surely it goes without saying that the health of these children take precedence over that of other healthy people!! This really does show the state of the country when we care more about the people paying money then the defensless young people that need our help

Online Shopping!

So most stores accept gift cards as payment online. I know this because I spent a good couple of hours shopping on various websites and payed in this way.

I then trawled through the Dorothy Perkins website and picked out a few items that were perfect for my holiday only to get to the checkout and be told that I cannot pay by gift card online!! This wouldnt normally be an issue but the items I had intended to purchase are part of Dorothy Perkins 'only available online' collection, meaning that I cannot go into a store and buy these with my gift card instead! And as its taken me this long to find something I actually like, this gift card is just gonna sit there doing nothing!!

The thing that annoys me most is that Dorothy Perkins wont even notice and/or care as my relatives have already handed over the money for them!

If other stores can accept them online then why cant Dotty P's!?!?!?!

After a long break away from the site, i am finally back.
